Token packs are non-refundable once allotted.

Demo token packs

Once a payment is received, we allot the token pack to your account and it is valid for 4 days.

No refunds once allotted

Because the pack becomes usable immediately, payments are not refundable once the tokens have been allotted, including for tokens not used before the 4 days end.

Failed scans

If a scan fails before it starts collecting data, its tokens are returned to your balance automatically.
