About these terms

These terms apply to your use of benchmarksocials.com, run by Benchmark Socials, a sole proprietorship based in Pune, India. By using the service you accept them. We are currently in a demo phase, and these terms will change over time.

Who it is for

Anyone who wants to learn from social media by following the public numbers behind it. That includes social media managers, marketers, content creators and influencers, brand and product teams, digital and creative agencies, founders and small business owners, e-commerce and retail teams, PR and communications professionals, HR and talent teams, sales and growth teams, analysts and researchers, journalists, educators and students. Use it to follow your own accounts, your competitors' accounts or a whole market. You must be 18 or older to use it.

What the service does

It reads publicly available social media content and reviews and turns them into reports and suggestions. It does not access private data.

Fair use

Use the service lawfully and for analysis only. Do not use it to harass, stalk or target an individual, to resell raw data, or to try to break, overload or copy the service.

Demo access and tokens

During the demo, access is given by us. A token pack is valid for 4 days from when it is allotted. Each type of scan uses a set number of tokens. Unused tokens expire at the end of the 4 days. Tokens have no cash value.

Accuracy

Reports are based on public data at the moment of the scan and on automated analysis. They are a guide for your decisions, not a guarantee of results. Always check important figures before acting on them.

Your account

Keep your password safe. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as it is during the demo. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the current token pack.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
